該網站由南韓進口商協會所建置，該協會前身係韓國代理店協會（Association of Foreign Trading Agents of Korea, AFTAK）。AFTAK於1970年成立，為擁有13,000多家會員之韓國最大進口商組織，該會所屬會員進口總額約占韓國全年進口額之80%，為韓國最重要之經貿組織之一。
