Defiant Rum is made with the finest, purest, low ash Swazi Molasses and fermented for a short time. It is filtered at room temperature and stored in new, unshared barrels made of the finest French Oak. Pulsing ultrasonic waves create a smooth refined taste and the sunshine of Eswatini gives it a depth of flavour and a golden glow.
